BACKGROUND
Gen Z is the first social generation to have grown up with access to the Internet and portable digital technology from a young age, Gen Z is reported more likely to have mental health concerns compared to the previous generation, Millennials, as the impact of being the digital natives. 
TARGET AUDIENCE
Gen Z (Younger generation between 12-24 years old


DESIGN RATIONALE
The approached concept for this book about ‘Gen Z and their Zanity’ is a contemporary style that emphasizes the gloomy and dizzy mood and feels, therefore overlay and noise effect was applied, while the layout is chosen to be simpler and cleaner. Striking colors, magenta and green was chosen as the main color to represent gen Z who are brave and strong, and loud to speak out in this era.
The first spread is the introduction and points lists about the content. A huge contrast for the text hierarchy was added to make the page looks more interesting combined with the psychedelic effect as the background to build a certain mood for the readers.
The second spread contains infographics and percentages about the related content to ease the reader to understand the information.
